1) Cloning, expression and phylogenetic analysis of infection-related enzymes from nematophagous fungi

3) Sequencing of genome and proteomics analysis of Arthrobotrys oligospora
2. Drug resistance mechanism of tobacco pathogenic fungi (e.g. Alternaria longipes, Phytophthora parasitica)
3. Application of microorganisms and enzymes in tobacco processing
1) Molecular mechanism of nicotine degradation by microorganisms
2) Structure and function analysis of enzymes involved in biosynthesis of vanillin
承担的科研项目和成果:
在云南大学工作期间,主要从事食线虫真菌侵染线虫的分子机理和微生物及生化技术在烟草加工中的应用研究,逐步建立了从基因、蛋白、基因组和蛋白质组的研究平台。2006年以来主持国家自然科学基金4项(31272093, 31060012, 30960229 和30660107),云南省应用基础研究面上项目2项(2006C0004Q和2007C170M),2009年入选云南省中青年学术和技术带头人后备人才,2010年入选中国科学院西部之光人才培养计划。此外,作为骨干研究人员参与973项目、国家基金重点项目和云南省重点项目等多项科研课题的工作。
指导和协助指导研究生31名,24名研究生已经毕业,4名研究生获得云南省优秀硕士学位论文;指导16名本科生完成毕业论文研究。
获得2009年和2007年云南省科学技术奖(一等奖,排名3和6),获得2012年云南省科学技术奖(三等奖,排名3),获得2010年云南中烟工业有限责任公司科技进步一等奖(排名3),获得2010年中国烟草总公司云南省公司科技进步二等奖(排名8)。
2005年来,发表研究论文70篇,其中SCI论文53篇,中文核心刊物17篇。以第一作者或通讯作者在PLoS Pathog, Microbiology, Appl Microbiol Biotechnol和PLoS One等国际权威SCI杂志发表研究论文30篇,累计影响因子达到76.1。申请国家发明专利21项,已获得授权专利15项。
