研究领域:

 通过基因组学,转录组学,生物信息学及功能基因等方法重点开展以下两个方面的研究:

1.食线虫真菌与线虫相互作用研究:食线虫真菌侵染模式线虫秀丽隐杆线虫及根结线虫的分子机制及

线虫防御真菌的免疫机制。

2.丝状真菌产孢调控:真菌产孢调控的关键基因及其功能。
